Why We Chose Somerset: We first visited Marco Island in mid 2014 and loved the relaxed environment and the beautiful beaches. We love that it never feels too crowded We had always wanted to own a beachfront getaway to escape the cold northeast winters and decided this is where we wanted to buy one. In late 2014 we returned to Marco and had the opportunity to purchase a unit in the Somerset. We loved the Somerset property and its location so we bought it. We come down a few times a year with our children when they are not in school to relax, and rent it out for others to enjoy the rest of the year.
