Somerset Unit 607 (which sleeps a maximum of five people) features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all new custom wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar. The dining area and living room face the large gulf-front lanai, which is also accessible from the master bedroom. The entire unit features new wood-look tile flooring. new high impact hurricane proof windows and doors installed october 2017.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and a large walk-in closet. The en-suite master bath has been completely redone with new tiling, large walk-in glass shower, double vanity and granite counter tops. The second bedroom has two extra long twin beds. The second bath has also been completely redone. Both bedrooms , the living area and den area are equipped with flat-screen TV's with HD cable. The den has a very comfortable queen pull out American Leather Sleeper Sofa and pocket doors which can be closed off for privacy/additional sleeping area, There is also an additional lanai off the second bedroom.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit, free WiFi and a telephone. A storage unit with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys is also accessible.
